SCHELPP V SCHELPP.
Mary Ross Schelpp (formerly Little) sought relief from George Frederick Schelpp, watch- maker, to whom she was married at War- wick, Queensland, in January, 1907. The ground relied on by petitioner was desertion. Mr. Harris appeared for the petitioner, who stated that after she had lived with her hus- band for some time she noticed that he be- came restless, and when taxed about another woman, he did not deny it. Later on he Went out of the house one day, and she did not see him again. His Honour adjourned the case in order that evidence of domicile might be furnished.

Mary Ross Schelpp (formerly Little) asked for a divorce from George Frederick Schelpp on the ground of desertion. The parties were married at Warwick (Queensland) on January 23, 1907. After evidence of domicile had been given a decree nisi, returnable in six months, was granted.
