Pursuant to the Wills. Pro- bate and Administration Act 1898-1947, Testator's Family Maintenance and Guardianship of Infants Act 1916-1938 and the Trustee Act, 1925-1940 Carl Branson McGuiness and William Leslie Franklin the Executors of the Will of the said Irene Ella McDonald who died on the 30th August, 1949 hereby give Notice that creditors and others having any claim against or to the Estate of the said deceased are required to send particulars of their claims to the said Executors in care of the undersigned Betts & Baker with Darcy & Kennedy at their address hereinafter mentioned on or before the 15th October, 1950 at the expiration of which time the said Executors will distribute the assets of the said deceased to the persons en- titled having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice. Dated 6th October 1950. BETTS & BAKER with DARCY & KENNEDY. Proctors for the Executors, 9 Montague Street, Gou-burn.
