Elizabeth May Smith, formerly Bottrell, of Bulli, petitioned for a divorce from Thomas Warren Smith on tho ground of his adultery. Mr. J. C. Korshaw appeared for the petitioner. The parties were married on January 27, 1890, at Katoomba, according to the rites of tho Wesleyan Church. There were three chil- dren of the marriage.

His Honor found in favour of the peti- tioner, decree to be returnable in three months, petitioner to have custody, of the children.
