The wedding of Mr. Leonard Edward
Cramp (youngest son of the late Mr.
Joseph Cramp, of Clapham, London) to
Miss Jessie Irene Murrell (youngest daugh-
ter of Mr. and Mrs. J Murrell, New-
market) was solemnised at Holy Trinity
Church, Valley, on August 24. The Rev.
W. H. W. Stevenson officiated, and
Mrs Archibald presided at the organ.
The bride, who was given away by her
father, was attended by three maids of
honour-Misses Ethel Smith, Norma Ray-
mond, and Elsie Derbyshire (cousin of the
bride). Mr Fred. Kails acted as best
man, and Messrs W. Murrell (cousin of
the bride) and P. Murrell (brother of
the bride) as groomsmen. After the cere-
mony the guests, numbering about 150
were entertained at a wedding breakfast
in the Wilston School of Arts by the
bride's parents. Several congratulatory
telegrams were received from friends in
different parts of Queensland and New
South Wales. Mr. and Mrs. Cramp sub-
sequently left for Toowoomba for the
honeymoon.
