RE Will of ADA GRACE MOORE late Of West Tamworth in the State of New South Wales Widow deceased. Probate granted by Supreme Court of New South Wales on 13thDecember 1945. Pursuant to the Wills Pro-bate and Administration Act 1898-1940 (Tes-tators Family Maintenance and Guardianship of Infants Act 1916-1938 and Trustee Act 1925-1942) Harold James Moore the Execu-tor of the Will of the said Ada Grace Moore who died on the 14th August 1945 hereby gives notice that creditors and others having any claim against or to the Estate of the said deceased are required to send partlcu-lars of their claims to the said Executor atc o R. J. O'Halloran Solicitor, Peel Street, Tamworth, NSW on or before the fifteenth day of July one thousand nine hundred and forty seven at the expiration of which time the said Executor will distribute the assets of the said deceased to the persons entitled having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice Dated this fourteenth day of April, 1947.
