IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW SOUTH WALES.-Probate Jurisdiction.-In the Estate and Effects of BENJAMIN WHATMORE ADAMS late of Mary-street, Toowoomba in the State of Queensland Stock Buyer deceased.-Pursuant to the Wills Probate and Administration Act 1898, and pursuant to Testator's Family Maintenance and Guardianship of Infants Act 1915, notice is hereby given that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands against or upon the Estate of the abovenamed deceased, who died at Toowoomba Queensland on 22nd October 1918 are hereby required to send in full particulars of their claims and demands upon the said Estate to the PERPETUAL TRUSTEE COMPANY (LIMITED), 83-89 Hunter-street, Sydney, Administrator of the Estate of the said deceased, to whom Letters of Administration were granted by the Supreme, Court of New South Wales on 17th March 1920 on or before the 5th day of June next, in default whereof the said Perpetual Trustee' Company (Limited), will after the last men- tioned date, proceed to Administer the Estate and dis- tribute the assets among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and demands of which they shall then have notice, and the said Company will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof so distributed, to any person of whose claim they shall not have had notice at the time of such distribution. Dated this 16th day of April 1920. For PERPETUAL TRUSTEE COMPANY (LIMITED), R. COPLAND LETH- BRIDGE, Manager. MINTER, SIMPSON, and CO., Proctors.
