well the Executrix and Executor of the Will
of the said Duncan Dennis Lynch Who died
2nd August, 1944 hereby give Notice that
creditors and others have anv claim against
or to the Estate of the paid deceased are
required to send particulars of tneir claims
to the said Executirx and Executor at the
undermentioned address on or before 4th
May 1945 at the expiration of which time
the said Executirx and Executor will distri-
bute the assets of the said deceased to the
persons entitled having regard only to the
