THE DECEASE OF AN APPLICANT,
The Boorowa Land Board made reference to the Court for decision in respect of Samuel Cramp's homestead selection application, No. 90-19, Boorowa. It appeared that after making the application for the selection, 163 acres, Cramp died, leaving a widow. Letters of administration had not been ob-tained, but the widow desired to retain the land for a home, and she stated she was not aware that her husband had any other relative living. The Court directed the board to allow a reasonable time to elapse within which the Widow Cramp might obtain letters of administration in her husband's estate, and that being done the board should re-hear and affirm the application if there was no other objection than the decease of Cramp.

Bridget married Samuel Cramp [24828] [9HF3-JKW] [MRIN: 9545], son of Samuel Cramp [22034] [LHGL-2BB] and Margaret Murphy [22035] [LHQP-YBR], about 1857 in Young District, New South Wales.¹ (Samuel Cramp [24828] [9HF3-JKW] was born about 1843 in Sydney, Cumberland County, New South Wales,¹ died on 1897 Aug 5 in Binalong, New South Wales ⁷ and was buried on 1897 Aug 7 in Yass Cemetery, King County, New South Wales ¹.). The cause of his death was Cystic Abdominal Tumor.
