MRS. LYDIA MARKS
One of Crookwell's pioneers, Mrs.
Lydia Marks, died at her residence.
Denision Street, on Friday. She was
84 years of age. Her husband, the
late Mr. Richard Marks, died 21 years
ago.
Mrs. Marks was well-known and
highly respected in the Crookwell dis-
trict, where she had lived practically
all her life.
Surviving, sons are: Messrs. Charles
(Watomandara), Reuben (Crookwell),
Sidney James (Dee Why), Arthur
(Orange), Percy (Crookwell), and one
daughter, Miss Annie Marks (Crook-
well.)
Mrs. Marks was buried in the C. of
E. portion of the Binda cemetery.
