IN the Will of MARTHA ALBERTA CRAMP late of Binda in the State of New South Wales, Widow deceased. Application will be made after 14 days from publication hereof that Probate of the last Will of the above named deceased dated the 30th of July 1941, may be granted to Collin (in the Will called Colin) Kennett Cramp and Wallace Cramp the Executors named therein and all persons having any claim against the Estate of the said deceased are required to forward par- ticulars thereof to the undersigned within tile said period.And all notices may be served at the undermentioned address C.T.Clifton & Saunders, Proctors, Crookwell. OBITUARY
MRS. M. A. CRAMP.
The death occurred recently
at her residence of Mrs. M. A.
Cramp, 74, of "Chain of 'Ponds,"
Binda.
Although deceased has been in
indifferent health for some time,
she passed away unexpectedly.
Born at "Salisbury,'' Blanket
Flat, Mrs. Cramp, who was the
daughter of the late William and
Mrs. Dunn, of "Welcott,"
Blanket Flat, arrived at "Chain
of Ponds," some 40 years ago
and had resided there ever
since.
She was loved and admired
by a large circle of friends and
acquaintances. A staunch sup-
porter of her church, she was
for many years a member of St.
James Churchwomen's Union
Binda.
Mrs. Cramp is survived by
two sons, Wallace (Crookwell)
and Colin (Chain of Ponds). She
also, leaves four grandchildren.
Her husband, predeceased her by
many years. Three sisters and
two brothers also survive her
Her sisters are Mary (Mrs. M'
Howard, Crookwell), May (Mrs.
W. McIntyre, Trangie) and Lyla
Dunn (Chain of Ponds), and her
brothers. John and William, both
of Crookwell.

LEGAL NOTICES In the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Probate Jurisdiction
IN the Will of MARTHA ALBFRTA CRAMP late of Binda in the said State Widow deceased. Pursuant to the Wills Probate and Administration Act 1898 the Testators Family Maintenance and Guardianship of Infants Act 1916 and the Trustee Act 1925- 1940 Notice is hereby given that every credi-tor or other person having any debt or claim upon or affecting the Estate of the above named deceased who died on the 4th April 1947 and Probate of whose Will was on the 9th July 1947 granted by the Supreme Court of New South Wales in its Probate Jurisdic-tion to Collin Kennett Cramp (in the Will called Colin Kennett Cramp) and Wallace Cramp the Executors in the said Will named is hereby required to send in particulars writing of such debt or calim to the said Collin Kennett Clamp and Wallace Cramp in care of the undersigned on or before the 1st October 1947 at the expiration of which time the said Coliln Kennett Cramp and Wallace Cramp will proceed to distribue the assets of the deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard to the debts and claims only of which they shall then have notice. And notice is hereby further given that the said Collin Kennett Cramp and Wallace Cramp will not be liable for the assets or any part thereof so distributed to any person of whose debt or claim they have not had notice at the time of such distribution.
