To my wife all my estate for her life and after her death, I direct my trustees to divide the same equally between my eight children, share and share alike.

• Court: Charged with a robbery at "Yarranoo", Bigga, New South Wales, 1864 Sep 7, Goulburn, Argyle County, New South Wales. 6 At Goulburn Police Court he was reamanded on bail of £100 and two suerities of £50.

STICKING UP AT YARRANOO.-After a protracted investigation, at the Goulburn Police Court, on a charge of sticking up a hut occupied by Mr, Bean, at Yarranoo, on the 29th August, Benjamin Cramp was, on Tuesday, committed to take his trial at the Circuit Court on the 24h of October. Considering the evidence for the defence, however, the police magistrate said he would allow bail-the prisoner is the sum of £100, and two sureties of £50 each.

r. F. Giles' station Yarranoo, at Binda, was stuck up on Monday evening last, by two armed men, with veiled faces. There was no one in the house at the time but the overseer's wife and child. The cowardly ruffians knocked the woman down, and stole her ring from her finger. They then took a quantity of flour, Salt beef, and clothing. A man named Cramp has been apprehended as being implicated in this out- rage.
