ELDRIDGE V ELDRIDGE.
In this suit Charles Francis Eldridge peti- tioned for a divorce from Daisy Eileen Eldridge (formerly Reynolds) on the ground of desertion. The parties were married on January 27, 1915, at Crookwell, according to the rites of the Church of England. The suit was undefended, and his Honor granted a decree nisi returnable in six months in favour of petitioner, for whom Mr. K. M. White (in- structed by Mr. C. P. White) appeared.
