IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW SOUTH WALES -Probate Jurisdiction -In the Will of FRANCES HARRIET ZIETSCH late of Grafton in the State of New South Wales Widow deceased -Persuant to the Wills Probate and Administration Act 1898. The Testator's Family Maintenance and Guardianship of Infants Act 1916 and the Trustee Act, 1925. Notice is hereby given that every creditor or other person having any debtor claim against or affecting the Estate or other-wise interested in the property or assets of FRANCES HARRIET ZIETSCH the abovenamed de-ceased who died on or about the twenty seventh day of October 1932 and Probate of whose Will was on the thirtieth day of November 1932 granted by the Supreme Court of New South Wales in Its Probate Jurisdiction to HENRY CLAUDE ZIETSCH and VICTOR ROY ZIETSCH the Executors named in the said Will is hereby required to send par-tlculars in writing of such debt or claim against tor affecting the said Estate of In respect of the property and assets or any port thereof to the said Henry Claude Zietsch and Victor Roy Zietsch in care of the undersigned at their office here inafter mentioned on or before the thirty first day of March 1933 at the expiration of which time the said Executors will proceed to convey and distribute and or appropriate the assets of the sold deceased to and amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to debts claims and interests of which they then have notice And Notice is hereby further given that the said Executors will not be liable for the property or assets or any part thereof so distributed or appropriated to any person of whose debt or claim they shall not hove had notice at the time of such distribution or appropriation.
