WILLIAMSON v WILLIAMSON.
In a petition In which Charles Gordon Wil-liamson sued for a divorce from Mabel Annie Williamson (formerly Cramp), the petitioner charged the respondent with having committed adultery with a man unknown to him. The petitioner and respondent were married at Granville in 1914, according to the rites of the Presbyterian Church. Mr. Breckenridge
(instructed by Mr. H. E. M'Intosh appeared for the petitioner, and Mr. H. G. Edwards (instructed by Mr. C. P. White) for the re-spondent.
His Honor reserved judgment.

In the suit in which Charles Gordon Wil-liamson petitioned for a divorce from Mabel Annie Williamson (formerly Cramp), alleging adultery, and in which his Honor found the issue proved, rejected a defence of condona-tion, and granted a decree nisi, returnable in six months, Mr. Breckenridge (instructed by Messrs. H. E. McIntosh and Parkinson) ap-peared for the petitioner; and Mr. H. G. Ed-wards (instructed by Mr. C. P. White) for the respondent.
