Another example of how the papers repeat the news and another of my relatives who makes it into the national press. Edward J. Ladmore (1878-1948) is my Third Cousin, three times removed. His wife, Mary A. Chapman (1889-1928) and his son, Edward H. Ladmore (1928-1928) also died in the crash. His daughter, Rose E. Ladmore (1915-1928), also died in 1928, so maybe she died from the injuries sustained.

MOTHER AND SON KILLED.
MUDGEE, March 22.
A motor truck, occupied by Mr. Edward Ladmore and his wife and six children, overturned last night, and resulted in Mrs. Ladmore and her four-months-old son being killed. Other members of the family were badly hurt. Mr. Ladmore was returning home from the Merriwa show, and the accident occurred on a steep hill, three miles from Merriwa.
