HIS HONOR the ACTING GOVERNOR is pleased to notify the following Appointments, made   by His EXCELLENCY the late GOVERNOR, Sir THOMAS BRISBANE; Viz.
Mr. Thomas Graham, to be Deputy Superintendent of thee Botanic Garden, Sydney ; Date of Appointment, Novem- ber 19,1825.
Mr. Daniel Fagan, to be Master boat-builder, in His   Majesty’s Dock-yard ; Date of Appointment, October 1st, 1824.
Mr. James Blackman, senior, to be Chief Constable, of Bathurst -. Date of Appointment, November 28th, 1825.
