IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW SOUTH WALES.-Probate Jurisdiction -In the Will THOMAS DAVIS late of Crookwell in the state of New South Wales Freeholder deceased -Pursuant to the provisions of the Wills Pro- bate and Administration Act 1898-1938 of the Testators Family Maintenance and Guardianship of infants Act 1916-1938 and of the Trustee Act 1925-1936. Notice is hereby given that all creditors and other persons having any claim or demand upon or against the Estate or otherwise interested in the property and assets of the abovenamed deceased who died on the filth day of February 1941 and Probate of whose Will was granted by the Supreme Court of New South Wales in its Probate Jurisdiction on the twenty-sixth day of March 1941 to WALTER JAMES SHERRIF (in the Will called Walter Sherriff) LESLIE RICHARD SHERRIIF (In the said Will called Leslie Sheriff) the executors named in the said Will are hereby required to send on or before the twenty-fourth day of July 1941 full particulars or their claims and demands upon the said Estate or in respect of the said property and assets or any part thereof to the said Walter James Sherriff and Leslie Richard Sherriff in care of the undersigned at the address hereunder mentioned at the expiration of which time the said Walter James Sherriff and Leslie Richard Sherriff intend to proceed to administer the said Estate and to convey and distribute the property and assets of the said deceased to and Among the parties and persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and demands of which they shall then have notice and the said Walter James Sherriff and Leslie Richard Sherriff in will not in respect of the property and assets or any part thereof so conveyed or dis-tributed be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not have had notice at the time of such conveyance or distribution. Pursuant to the Wills Probate and Administration Act 1898- 1940, the Testators' Family Maintenance and Guardianship of Infants Act 1916- 1938, and the Trustee Act 1925-1942. Notice is hereby given that every creditor or other person having any debt or claim upon or affecting the Estate of the above named deceased who died on the 10th day of July 1947 is hereby required to send in particulars in writing of such debt or claim to the said Executors in care of the undersigned on or before the 19th day of August 1948 at the expira- tion of which time the said Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the debts and claims of which they shall then have notice; and Notice is hereby further given that the said Executors will not be liable for the assets or any part thereof so distributed to any person of whose debt or claim they have not had notice at the time of such distribution.
