DEATH AT TARALGA.
Mrs. Christie, widow of the late Mr. Wm.
Christie, of Wheeo, died at the residence of
her son-in-law, Mr. David Bunker, during the
past week. The deceased lady, who was over
70 years of age, was recently stricken with
an attack of English cholera, and this, coupled
with the great heat, prevented the old lady
from rallying. Mrs. Christie was a very old
resident of Wheeo, and her late husband car-
ied on grazing pursuits there for many
years. The family were deservedly held in the
highest repute throughout the district. The
deceased lady is survived by one son, Mr. Wm.
Christie, and a number of daughters, all of
whom are married and settled in various
parts. The body was removed to Crookwell for
intermeont in the Wesleyan portion of the
cemetery beside that of her late husband.

There are other people in this site, for various reasons, some not related at all. Some are married into my family, some I once thought were related and, turns out, they are not.

On the Aborigines: Unfortunately, I can only place global statements not he web pages. The aborigines I am aware of are in the Blackman Line and are from the children of James Blackman and Elizabeth Harley.
