HAVING observed in the Herald of the 21st of October, 1849, an adver-tisement signed M. A. Sampson, I now hereby caution the public not to pay any attention to the same, as no cattle are in my charge, or the charge of Edward Botfield, branded BI over T, for Thomas Blackman, but that the whole of the cattle branded BI over T, which have been sold by me, are alone and bona fide the property of me the undersigned, and that no person had, or has, any legal authority to dis-pose of any of the cattle above alluded to.
