ALL persons having any claim against the Estate of the abovenamed BENJAMIN JOHN SEERY deceased who died on the Tenth day of August 1984 at 'Melinga' Torrens Creek, aforesaid of whose Will THE UNION TRUSTEE COMPANY OF AUSTRALIA LIMITED is the sole Executor are hereby required to send in, in writ-ing, on or before the Twen-tieth day of December, 1954, particulars of their claims or debts in duplicate to the executor THE UNION TRUS-TEE COMPANY OF AUS-TRALIA LIMITED at its Offices, 14-16 Denham Street Townsville in the said State. After the last mentioned date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased having regard only to the claims of which it then shall have notice.
