TAKE NOTICE that I WILLIAM JULIAN MOORE, Electrical Engineer "Kirketon" Private Hotel, 229 Darlinghurst Road, Darlinghurst, have given notice to the Clerk of the Licensing Court for the Metropolitan Licensing District to be holden at Sydney of my intention to apply to the said Court on the eleventh day of September 1950 for the grant to me of a permit to sell light wines and malted liquors in a restaurant known as the "Kirketon" Private Hotel and situ-ated at 229 Darlinghurst Road, Darling-hurst in the said district.
