STAHL V STAHL
This was the petition of Amy Rose Clarissa Stahl, formerly Bramley, for the dissolution of her mar- riage with OscarLudwid Courad Stahl, school master, of Warren, on the ground of his adultery at Raglan with a woman with whom it was alleged he had gone through the ceremony of marriage under the name of Mauntio Juan Jose de Laurenzo in November, 1891.
The parties were married on 31st December, 1888, at New Plymouth, New Zealand, according to the rites of the Church of England. There had been no issue of the marriage. Decree nisi returnable in one month.
