TAKE NOTICE that the said Verner Alfred Christie has commenced a suit against you in this Honor-able Court and is applying for a dissolution of marriage on the grounds of desertion for three years and upwards a Knout just cause or excuse And take notice that you are required to enter an appearance to the said suit at the proper office of this Honorable Court on or before the third day of January one thousand nine hundred and thirty four and in the event of your not doing so within the time limited or obtaining further time the Petitioner will proceed and the suit be heard and determined, your absence notwithstanding.
