TRUCK OVERTURNS MOTHER AND SON KILLED.

Another example of how the papers repeat the news and another of my relatives who makes it into the national press. Edward J. Ladmore (1878-1948) is my Third Cousin, three times removed. His wife,  Mary A. Chapman (1889-1928) and his son, Edward H. Ladmore (1928-1928) also died in the crash. His daughter, Rose E. Ladmore (1915-1928), also died in 1928, so maybe she died from the injuries sustained.

TRUCK OVERTURNS.

MOTHER AND SON KILLED.

MUDGEE, March 22.

A motor truck, occupied by Mr. Edward Ladmore and his wife and six children, overturned last night, and resulted in Mrs. Ladmore and her four-months-old son being killed. Other members of the family were badly hurt. Mr. Ladmore was returning home from the Merriwa show, and the accident occurred on a steep hill, three miles from Merriwa.
