We drove again to Lawson in one go. We are getting better at it. Though an 11 hour drive still takes us 17 hours. The girls are getting used to long drives and the promise of their cousin and nan are good attractors.
We made the customary stops at HMAS Otway and the Dog On the Tuckerbox, thought the latter had closed by the time we were there.
We made non customary stops at Wadonga for kebabs, Merton for a toilet break and outside Holbrook for road works.
We stopped in Yass for a reasonable dinner at they royal hotel and passes the longest queue of trucks I have ever seen just before Marulan where a truck had rolled in a multi-vehicle crash killing the truck driver and closing the south bound lane.
As is becoming customary we reached our destination at midnight.
