Over the last few years we have always intended to go to the Selby Festival, but we have had other engagements. This was my first year at the festival.
The parking is a bit dire, but the festival itself is small and pleasant. Much better than some grimy street festival.
The girls decorated cup cakes with lots of good toppings at the local schools stall.
The people from no maccas in Tecoma had another stall. There was aboriginal dancing with the local children dancing. We only saw the circus acts from a distance as the girls seemed a bit unwilling to go in.
Before we left, we stopped to have some chai tea. In the community house next to us and piped outside over speakers, the band were singing:
I don’t hate you, I hate Facebook.
