Well it has been a long time since I posted. But a last! here is another one. In the interim I am now friends with at least another 5 Brian Yaps on FB.

If necessity is the mother of invention, the creativity is the father. Now, no one would have lost any lives if we continued to prepare our roti canai the same way—round and flat. But if it weren’t for the fact that some of us—there has to be someone—were getting bored with regular flat roti canai, we wouldn’t have roti tissue that aims for the sky, just one of the many attempts at cutting-edge cuisine…..
