Angelika and Milla came down for the night and the next day they would fly to Melbourne. We had dinner at Celini’s on Marrickville Road. Milla was not happy that there was no children’s menu and then did not like the calamari as it was too chewy. For me it was my first time there for dinner.
Later we went to the Greek Theater at the Addison Road Centre to see Hamlet. I must admit a preference to the Shakespeare’s comedies, but they rarely play them in Australia. The acting was very good, the set very minimalist. There were only a handful of actors so it was a bit weird having the same actor play many parts. I have to continue to express my disappointment in the disallowing of recording of these performances. I think that is sucks that an amateur group should have such a rule for doing a play that is out of copyright.
