We headed into South to visit Kirsten’s half-brother, Damien. We caught the very expensive bus. 5 zones for $21 for me and three concession tickets each way. It is cheaper if you have a pass, but as interstate visitors a pass was not really a good option. On the bus we amused the passengers by singing “the wheels of the bus go round and round” and we made up many more verses.
At South Bank we got off, with some assistance for stop selection from the other passengers and met with Damien at the Museum. We spent some time there before Damien had to go.
We then headed down along south bank and had some lunch. After this the kids had a play and some ice creams before we headed back on the expensive bus.
