After picking up the van, we headed down the heavily congested motorway to Klang to have some very famous Klang Bak Kut Teh (a state Hokkien– and Teochew Dish). It was very good.
Billy started with the ritual pouring of hot water over the cups for the tea.
Then we had the main course. I particularly liked the strands of dried bean curd and other bits that I was not so certain of their origin.
After this we stopped at a small stall, near where we had parked the car and purchased some very oily, probably very unhealthy and certainly very good deep fried treats. I particularly liked the sweet potato.
Then we hit the motorway again to get to the Batu Caves.
