We went up to the Luna Bar to have a look at the view and have a drink. Caught a cab to get there. Then into the hotel and up the lift. I was first out and I thought we were in the wrong place, for I had come out into a construction zone. Luckily there was a man there and he reassured me we were in the right place. We went up some stairs. It turns out they were working on rebuilding the proper entrance. When we got to the bar they said that all the places were booked. But I heard later that you need to be a member or a guest of the hotel. We were neither. The reason Billy had been able to use the window seats before was because he was staying there. However, it was posh and nice. I had a Singapore sling, which I had not had before. I did not really like it. I have never been one for cocktails. But still I try. Maybe one day I will find one I like.
