It was our third Kallista Market. It was the first one for which shower was forecast. In the end the rain held off until later in the day.
Again Kirsten headed up. We are getting organised and she had the van packed the night before.
I headed up with the girls a bit later. The stall was going well. I cooked the chestnuts, which was a brave move given my previous one and only disaster. The smoke was annoying the other stall holders and in the end I stayed across the road.
There was the usual Sherbrooke Community School crew ready to staff the stall. We stayed until nearly the end and given all the things we had to sell, it was a good fundraiser for the school. Now we just need to work on getting the fundraising committee to be bothered turning up.
